Form Five Society (Pertima: Persatuan Tingkatan Lima) is a continuation from the Form 4 Society (Pertingkat: Persatuan Tingkatan Empat). Pertima is the source of voice for Form 5 students towards the school pertaining various aspects and situations. We were the Pertima for 1999.

//Interesting facts about our batch 99

- Our batch is the first to organize a carnival or open day in the history of Science Johore. The carnival was opened to all residents of Kluang and the response we received was encouraging. During the carnival, we held events such as fun sports (sukaneka), drawing competition, haunted house, cute baby competition, stalls and many other activities. The carnival was successfully held on the 21st of August 1999.

- A fraction of the profits we received from the sales during the carnival was used by Pertima 99 to contribute a clock tower to the school.

- 13 students were targeted to get 10As.

- 13 students were sent to Federal Religious Secondary School (SMAP - Sekolah Menengah Agama Persekutuan) at Labu, Negeri Sembilan and 13 more were situated at Kota Tinggi Secondary Science School as delegates to observe and learn how both schools conduct their studies. The programme was the first such held by the school. Thanks Puan Zanariah!
